This is a fixed price quote. If accepted, we require a 25% deposit upfront before work commences.

WORK BREAKDOWN & TIMELINE

Logo & branding: Design of the logo will be done to your specification or 2-3 concepts can be presented for you to choose from, brand colors and typography will also be decided at this stage. The design should take about 4-5 days depending on what you decide to go with

Web Design: This includes design of all necessary pages required on the website (Homepage, About, Contact, blog etc), designing contact forms & volunteer sign up sheets, donation forms and payment pages, emails and payment receipts. The homepage is usually designed first and if the design is approved other pages will follow. This should take about one and a half weeks.

Web development: This includes installation & configuration of wordpress and all necessary plugins for managing charity campaigns/fundraising, creating and configuring your webmail (this is required for you website to be able to send mails and also receive submitted form details), installing & configuring the chosen payment gateways, configuring Google services (Analytics, Search Console). This will take about 1-2 weeks depending on how long it takes to register for each payment platform and get your site keys.

Maintenance: This covers all site updates (uploading new blog posts, plugin & theme updates, troubleshooting site problems, page errors and breakdowns).

Other: I will carry out page speed and SEO optimizations to the best of my knowledge, but it is recommended to meet with an SEO expert or agency for a better outcome.

The work commences from when the domain and hosting has been paid for and I have been given access. It finishes when all pages have been approved and all website features including emails and payments have been tested as working.
